Innovation Bridge is a series of three collaborative workshops organized by cross U, together with German VC acitoflux and research institution Fraunhofer, bringing together startups and companies, investors, research organizations from Germany and Japan to create new opportunities through space technologies.

The first edition will serve as an online kickoff, introducing the vision and upcoming activities of the series while providing an opportunity for participants from Germany and Japan to connect and exchange perspectives.

Following the kickoff, the second edition will take place in Bremen, Germany, in late November, focusing on Satellite Communications. The third edition will be held in Tokyo in early December, focusing on the use of AI in space.

ドイツと日本の宇宙テックの未来をつなぐイノベーションブリッジ – 本イベントはcross Uと、ドイツのVC acitoflux、研究機関 Fraunhofer が協働し、日独のスタートアップや企業、投資家、研究機関をつなぎ、宇宙テクノロジーから新たなイノベーションを生み出す全3回のワークショップです。

第1回である今回はオンライン・キックオフとして、シリーズの趣旨や今後の展開をご紹介し、日独の参加者によるインプットセッション・意見交換を行います。その後、第2回は11月後半にドイツ・ブレーメンにて「衛星通信」をテーマに、第3回は12月初旬に東京にて「宇宙でのAI利用」をテーマに開催する予定です。

The agenda will contain a brief introduction of the organising team and their motivations, an outline of the workshops ahead, including details on the technology areas to be covered, exemplary tech presentations and an extensive q&a plus feedback session.
