Agreement
1. Personal information provided by customers will be managed in accordance with our “Basic Policy on
the Protection of Personal Information” and “Handling of Personal
Information.”
2. The personal information of our customers obtained through the inquiry form will be used only for
the purpose of responding to the customer, but depending on the content of the inquiry, we may ask
Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. or Mitsui Fudosan Building Management Co., Ltd. to respond.
Please note that we may provide your personal information to our business partners if this
happens.
3. You may not reproduce or otherwise use any part or all of our responses to you.
4. Inquiries received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays will be answered on or after the
next business day.
5. We cannot reply to inquiries regarding sales of products and services.
