“Basic Plan for Space Policy” which outlines Japan's future space policy was revised in
June this year.
During this session, the parties that are involved in shaping Japan's space policy will
discuss about the efforts of their respective ministries in light of the “Basic Plan for
Space Policy”.

perspective on Earth observation satellite data.

”CONSEO MOKUMOKU School” will be held at X-NIHONBASHI BASE on Nov, 30 - Dec. 1. CONSEO will offer two-day programs to learn about Satellite Earth Observation, including the opportunity to work with the data and a lecture on remote sensing. A short demonstration will provide experience in optical satellite data visualization with Google Earth Engine Apps.

The Mission Idea Contest, established in 2010, is an international competition for
innovative uses of nano-satellites.
This year, the theme is "Missions by Multiple Nano-Satellites", and 10 teams from 9
countries will compete as finalists after winning the qualifying round out of 23 teams
from 17 countries.
