HOKKAIDO SPACEPORT (HOSPO) is a commercial spaceport for the private sector, located in Hokkaido, Japan, with access to the ocean and expansive land. Several private rockets have already been launched from the suborbital launch complex at HOSPO, and a new orbital launch complex, “LC1,” is scheduled to begin operations next year. HOSPO aims to enable high-frequency launches of various types of launch vehicles.

Ibaraki Prefecture is promoting the entry of Local Companies into the Space Business and supporting the commercialization of their activities. At this booth, we are showcasing the results of space equipment and technology development carried out in collaboration between local companies and the prefecture, as well as initiatives aimed at addressing challenges and providing support in the space business.

At Idemitsu Kosan, we are developing CIGS solar cells for space applications. CIGS solar cells have high radiation resistance and energy conversion efficiency, making them a groundbreaking technology well-suited for spacecraft and satellites. Infostellar is a satellite ‘Ground Segment as a Service’ (GSaaS) provider. Infostellar provides flexible and scalable ground station services enabled by our cloud platform, ‘StellarStation’, which virtualizes ground station networks.

Space Hub LT at Innovation Agency Lithuania plays a pivotal role in the development of the country’s space ecosystem. Space Hub LT provides services to industry, research institutions, and students interested in the space sector, as well as represents national interests at the European Space Agency. Space Hub LT activities include pre-incubation (hackathons, internships at ESA, industry etc), international cooperation for industry and academia (local events – Vilnius Space Days – and international partner search missions, national stands at international exhibitions).

Innovative Space Carrier Inc. (ISC) is a forward-thinking space start-up with the mission of making space accessible to everyone by 2040. Initially focusing on the development of a small rocket for Low Earth Orbit (LEO), ISC’s ultimate goal is to create a Single-Stage-to-Orbit (SSTO) vehicle capable of transporting people and cargo to space, or enabling point-to-point travel anywhere on Earth in under 60 minutes.

iQPS aims to establish a constellation of small SAR satellite “QPS-SAR,” for a near-real-time data service, which enables to observe almost anywhere in the world at an average of 10 minutes even at night and/or in bad weather. At our booth, we will showcase images observed by QPS-SAR and examples of the latest satellite data applications.

ispace is a space startup working on the development of lunar resources with the vision of “Expand our planet. Expand our future. ~Expand humanity’s living space into space for a sustainable world~”. We are developing a lunar lander and a lunar rover to provide frequent and low-cost transportation services to the Moon, as well as payload and data services. At our booth, we plan to introduce the services that ispace is developing.

Japan Space Law Association is an organization established by a group of Japanese lawyers to study, and provide support concerning, the legal issues and challenges surrounding space businesses.We will present the results of our research to date at our booth.

KSAT is the world leading provider of ground segment services for spacecraft and launch vehicles from a unique global ground network tailored to provide data and services in near real-time.

Marble Visions is part of JAXA’s Space Strategy Fund project, ‘Optical observation satellite system with high resolution/high frequency,’ developing a 3D Earth observation satellite system to empower users across public and industrial sectors, both in Japan and globally. Our system uses digital twin technology to provide precise visualization from national landscapes to global cities. This empowers users to make data-driven decisions and actively drives the creation of a sustainable future.

MEI Micro, Inc. has developed the industry’s first navigation grade, multi-axis, chip scale MEMs inertial measurement unit (IMU) and inertial navigation system (INS) platform. This has led to the development of the highest accuracy and lowest CSWaP (cost, size, weight, power) combination inertial systems. MEI Micro’s IMU/INS platform also has a unique vibration, shock and radiation test profile which makes it ideal for space applications.

Nippon Television Network Corporation has established Space Business Office within the President’s Office to generate “new value” for society and future in the field of space industry. RESTEC (Remote Sensing Technology Center of Japan) provides comprehensive solutions for satellite-based Earth observation, encompassing everything from research and development to system operation and data utilization. We are dedicated to addressing social challenges across a wide range of fields, including infrastructure, urban planning, agriculture, disaster management, environmental conservation, and climate change.

Ridge-i provides field-ready solutions across various domains including disaster prevention and mitigation, and economic security, leveraging AI-based optical and SAR satellite image analysis technology and large language models. In this exhibition, we will showcase our product that enables everything from analysis to insight generation through natural language interaction.

We will introduce redundant components for attitude control parts installed in spacecraft. In addition, as data capacity is expected to increase in small satellites in the future, we will also introduce space Ethernet switches that enable high-speed communication with less latency.

We are pleased to introduce and exhibit our 1-inch-sized Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), which has been widely adopted both in Japan and internationally within the small satellite segment of the NewSpace industry.
